BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP
Prosciutto, crème fraîche, truffle oil and chives

TURKEY POT PIE
Filled with slow roasted turkey breast, gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables and traditional stuffing

BUTTERLEAF SALAD
Cranberries, shallots, feta, candied pecans and pumpkin seeds in a champagne pear vinaigrette with a bacon jam crostini

SHRIMP COCKTAIL
Poached large Pacific tiger prawns, house made horseradish cocktail sauce with lemon and lime wedges

KALE SALAD
Sliced almonds, grilled butternut squash, julienned apples, pomegranate seeds with a local honey dressing

ENTREES

ROAST TURKEY
Slow roasted turkey breast filled with traditional stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, mixed baby vegetables, brown turkey gravy with cranberry sauce

LARGE PUMPKIN RAVIOLI
Filled with pumpkin and ricotta cheese, with peas, corn, caramelized butternut squash, arugula and sage buerre blanc

BROWN SUGAR HAM
With sweet yams, bruleed marshmallow, green bean casserole, French fired onions and cranberry chutney

ROASTED PRIME RIB
A thick.cut served with roasted potatoes, mixed baby vegetables, au jus and horseradish cream sauce

GRILLED SALMON
Blue cornbread, fried brussel sprouts with pancetta, garlic chips, and pomegranate balsamic reduction
